Abterra Biosciences (fka Digital Proteomics LLC) was founded in 2009 with the purpose of translating bioinformatics innovations developed in the Computer Science department at UCSD into tools and services to aide the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Combining our expertise in bioinformatics, machine learning, genomics, and proteomics, we've built a drug discovery platform that mines the human immune response to discover the next generation of antibody therapeutics.
