Sustainable Surplus Exchange

Sustainable Surplus Exchange (SSE) is forming a Binational Coalition of Nonprofits with an organization in Tijuana, Comité Binacional Unidos por la Niñez (Binational Committee United for the Children - CBUN) to facilitate cross-border donation of items and reduce waste from going to the landfill and river. CureMatch

CureMatch officially launched a report in March 2017 that was selected by the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) as a major achievement in clinical cancer care. Reveal Biosciences

Reveal Biosciences has been selected as the digital pathology provider for two nationwide clinical trials and began collecting data in May 2017. Reveal significantly expanded their whole slide scanning capabilities in bright field and fluorescence to analyze the over 20,000 slides from patients with liver disease. 

MaxCyte

In March 2017, CRISPR Therapeutics and Casebia Therapeutics announced a joint commercial license agreement with MaxCyte to obtain non-exclusive commercial-use rights to MaxCyte’s cell engineering platform to develop CRISPR/Cas9-based therapies for hemoglobin-related diseases and severe combined immunodeficiency (SCID). http://www.biospace.com/News/crispr-and-casebia-therapeutics-announce/449546

Neuropore Therapies

Neuropore Therapies will host a symposium at the 2017 EMBO Conference, Autophagy: From molecular principles to human disease in Cavtat-Dubrovnik, Croatia on 25-29 September 2017.
