Living Spices is a producer and distributor of vegetables like lettuce and basil, grown using organic methods, in soil-less media. Unlike other fresh vegetable suppliers, Living Spices does not harvest the vegetables that it grows, but we supply the plants live, growing in pots.  This allows the consumer to enjoy vegetables that are harvested minutes before they are eaten, even harvested tableside.  With Living Spices, the restaurant diner and market customer can experience eating vegetables as if they were sitting in a vegetable garden, having the food harvested, then brought to them.  We call this “liveavore™ dining”, since we essentially bring the garden to the table.
