FEES & FORMAT
Before April 30
$100 per player
$400 per foursome

After April 30
$125 per player
$500 per foursome

(Includes continental breakfast, burgers, chicken and sides for lunch, green fees and one raffle ticket.)

NOTES
Participants must observe the following rules:
1) soft spike golf shoes are recommended on the golf course and driving range (no hard spikes);
2) observe dress code: jogging apparel or ‘cut- offs’ of any kind are not allowed. Collared shirts are encouraged, but not required;
3) adhere to rules of the course and golf carts.

OPEN TO ALL
This is a fundraising event open to the public. SDEE members are encouraged to bring guests.

CANCELLATION
Cancellations must be in writing and emailed to [email protected] prior to April 30th. A $45 non-refundable processing fee will be charged. Cancellations and non-attending registrants after April 30th will be responsible for the full registration fee. Substitutions are encouraged.

WAITING LIST
When an event has reached the approved capacity, no more registrations can be accepted. However, a waiting list will be established on a first-come-first- served basis. Preferences will be given to SDEE members first, then non-members.
