Adib Nasle, Co-Founder and CEO XENDEE

Adib is the inventor of real-time power analytics for mission critical electrical power distribution networks. Previously, Adib was co-founder, and president at Power Analytics Inc. He has worked with renowned organizations in computer applications in power and energy, including the design, and development, of the predictive energy management system for the National Airspace System (NAS) critical infrastructure for the Federal Aviation Administration. Adib is a senior IEEE member, co-teaches the Microgrid planning and economic optimization course at UC San Diego (CSE-41291), is a member of the Advisory Board at the Center for Energy Research at University of California, San Diego Department of Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering, and the Advisory Board for the Power System Engineering Certificate program at UC San Diego Extensions, and holds 26 U.S. and international patents in the areas of electrical power system design, optimization, and capacity assessment. Adib received his BA from Michigan State University, MBA from Pepperdine University GSBM and studied finance and accounting at Stanford University GSB.

Tosh Dutt, Co-Founder and CEO ChargeNet Stations

Tosh's subject matter expertise in distributed energy resources and EV charging derives from his work as a consulting engineer and his senior management background. He has successfully built and scaled mature startups and new business units of large organizations such Enel X, Johnson Controls Inc., Honeywell, and others. 

Tosh Dutt became one of the go-to subject matter experts in EV charging and distributed energy resources during his years as a consulting engineer and business development leader for many large organizations. He has successfully built and scaled mature tech start-ups and new business units of technology behemoths like Enel X, Honeywell, and Johnson Controls Inc. The positions he’s held developing utility, commercial, and industrial energy projects have had him responsible at various times for engineering, procurement, and construction territories across the entire U.S.and internationally.

Cyrus Rustomji, Co-founder and CEO of South 8 Technologies

Cyrus Rustomji is co-founder and CEO of South 8 Technologies, developing next-generation batteries using a novel liquefied gas electrolyte technology. Prior to South 8 Technologies, he was also with Eaton, ZPower, and Space Micro on developing and bringing products to market from electrochemical capacitors, batteries, and space electronics. He has successfully led fundraising activities and teams on multiple projects including several federal, state, and industry grants and contracts. He has over 20 patents to his name and author of several scientific publications. Cyrus earned his PhD from UC San Diego in Material Science for his original work on Liquefied Gas Electrolytes and earned his B.S. in Physics from UC Los Angeles.

Elias Panasuik, Global Program Director, Schneider Electric

Elias Panasuik leads the EcoStruxure Power and Process program for Schneider Electric globally, an integration program delivering capital and operational efficiency by leveraging power, process, and digital technology. Elias has spent 20 years in leadership roles in energy & automation with end users and vendor organizations in Calgary, Canada, with a stop in Houston, and now calls Massachusetts home. Elias studied at SAIT & MIT, with continuing education programs at INSEAD global university.

Elias speaks regularly at industry events, including podcasts, keynotes with industry organizations, colleges, and most recently delivered a talk on industrial sustainability to Supply Chain Canada.

Looking to the future, Elias’ commitment remains focused on empowering end users, the investment community, including startups, and partners to deliver digitization and sustainability solutions across all industrial segments.
