I am a productive scientific leader trained in integrated physiology and endocrinology experienced in reproductive, neuroendocrine, inflammatory, and metabolic systems with over 15 years of industry experience managing in vivo pharmacology and interdisciplinary project teams from target identification to the clinic. I have broad experience across the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries and have successfully advanced small molecule, peptide and antibody-based drug discovery projects.

I have reduced experimental cycle times, improved data quality and increased efficiency in the pharmacology groups that I have led. I have also led efforts to select and validate targets and managed or made major contributions to 8 clinical candidates.
